I put my computer to sleep two nights ago and the power went out.
I went to turn in on the morning I got an error said that
“Your computer cannot come out of hibernation. 0xc0000000d your computer will be rebooted.
Any information that was not saved before the computer went into hibernation will be lost.”
How can I fix the error? By the way, I cannot get into the safe mode.

Can you boot off the Windows installation DVD?

Do you have an AMD CPU? If so, check that "Unleashing Mode" is turned off in the BIOS.
I remember that caused a lot of stability issues and broke hibernation.
