I must have changed some settings on the PC without knowing that I have done so. I just try to delete some programs that I don’t use. Now, the desktop looks funny and programs runs on Windows boot-up without permission. How can I find out what settings have I made recently?

Are you sure that it just the changes made accidentally to the system? It sounds more like malware attack to me. Have you scan system to check malware yet?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I do make a scan, nothing malicious is found. I may have just changed some settings by mistake. Now I hope I can see what I have done to my PC. LOL

Actually Window 8.1 allows you to see recent changes made to system. Open the Charms Bar, click on Settings -> Change PC settings. Next, click View recently used settings. All the recently used settings will be listed accordingly if there are any.
